एवमुक्तस्तया सोऽथ हर्षेण महतान्वितः । प्रातरुत्थाय दारूणि पुरबाह्ये न्ययोजयत्

evamuktastayā so'tha harṣeṇa mahatānvitaḥ | prātarutthāya dārūṇi purabāhye nyayojayat

اس کے یوں کہنے پر وہ بڑے ہرس سے بھر گیا۔ صبح سویرے اٹھ کر اس نے شہر کے باہر لکڑیاں ترتیب سے رکھ دیں۔
