hīyamānastato bhīma udyato'bhūtpunaḥ punaḥ | ahīyata tato'pyaṃga vavṛdhe barbarīkakaḥ
Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta), narrating to the sages (deduced)
Scene: A dust-filled battlefield: Bhīma repeatedly rises, battered and breathless, while Barbarīka stands increasingly radiant and unwearied, his posture firm and dominant.
Persistence is noble, but outcomes still unfold under larger cosmic order; dharma includes accepting when divine will overrides personal strength.
