अयं कुलक्रमोऽस्माकं यद्भार्या पतिमुद्वहेत् । तत्रानुज्ञां समासाद्य परिणेष्यामि त्वामहम्

Transliteration

ayaṃ kulakramo'smākaṃ yadbhāryā patimudvahet | tatrānujñāṃ samāsādya pariṇeṣyāmi tvāmaham

Translation

یہ ہمارے خاندان کی رسم ہے کہ بیوی ہی شوہر کو چن کر قبول کرے۔ اس لیے وہاں سے اجازت پا کر میں تم سے باقاعدہ نکاح/ویواہ کروں گا۔
