Transliteration

patitā guravastyājyā mātā ca na kathaṃcana | garbhadhāraṇapoṣābhyāṃ tena mātā garīyasī

Translation

اگر استاد گراوٹ میں بھی پڑ جائیں تو انہیں چھوڑا جا سکتا ہے؛ مگر ماں کو کسی حال میں بھی ترک نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔ رحم میں اٹھانے اور پرورش کرنے کے سبب ماں ہی زیادہ گراں قدر اور زیادہ قابلِ تعظیم ہے۔
