तस्याहं च गिरेः पार्थ समासाद्य महाशिलाम् । शीतसौरभ्यमंदेन प्रीणीतोऽचिंतयं हृदि

پھر، اے پُرتھا کے فرزند، میں اس پہاڑ کی ایک بڑی چٹان تک جا پہنچا۔ اس کی ٹھنڈی، خوشبودار نرم ہوا سے تازہ دم ہو کر میں نے دل میں غور و فکر کیا۔
