ūrdhvaretā bhavatyagryo niyatāśī nasaṃśa yī | śāpānugrahayoḥ śaktaḥ satyasaṃdho bhavedṛṣiḥ

Translation

جو اُردھوریتا ہو کر اپنی حیاتی قوت کو اوپر اٹھائے، معتدل غذا لے، شک سے پاک رہے؛ لعنت یا دعا دینے کی قدرت رکھے اور سچ کے عہد میں ثابت قدم ہو—وہی رِشی (غیب بین) بنتا ہے۔
