عیب دار گفتار وہ ہے جو تری ورگ (دھرم، ارتھ، کام) کے خلاف ہو؛ جو ناقص ہو؛ جو سخت یا مبالغہ آمیز ہو؛ جو بے ترتیب انداز میں پیش کیا جائے؛ جو ادھورا رہ جائے؛ اور جو بلا وجہِ درست کہا جائے۔
