abhayaḥ sarvabhūtebhyo yathāṃdhabadhirākṛtiḥ | na karmaṇāṃ phalākāṃkṣā śivasyārādhanaṃ hi tat

Translation

وہ سب جانداروں کو اَبھَے (بےخوفی) دیتا ہے، گویا اشتعال کے سامنے اندھا اور بہرا ہو۔ وہ اعمال کے پھل کی خواہش نہیں رکھتا—یہی درحقیقت شِو کی آرادھنا ہے۔
