Transliteration

tvaṅmātrasāraniḥsāraṃ kadalīsārasaṃnibham | jñātvaivaṃ doṣavaddehaṃ yaḥ prājñaḥ śithilībhavet

Translation

جو یہ جان لے کہ یہ بدن محض کھال کو ہی اپنا ‘سار’ رکھتا ہے اور کیلے کے تنے کے گودے کی مانند کھوکھلا ہے، وہ دانا اس عیبوں بھرے جسم کو دیکھ کر گرفت اور دلبستگی سے ڈھیلا ہو جاتا ہے۔
