तत्रैकः कालसंयुक्तः शेषास्त्वागंतवः स्मृताः । ये त्विहागंतवः प्रोक्तास्ते प्रशाम्यन्ति भेषजैः
tatraikaḥ kālasaṃyuktaḥ śeṣāstvāgaṃtavaḥ smṛtāḥ | ye tvihāgaṃtavaḥ proktāste praśāmyanti bheṣajaiḥ
وہاں ایک (سبب) کال/وقت کے ساتھ بندھا ہوا ہے، اس لیے ناگزیر ہے؛ باقی کو ‘آگنتک’ یعنی عارضی کہا گیا ہے۔ جو یہاں آگنتک کہلائے ہیں، وہ دوا و علاج سے فرو کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
