ध्यानं परं कृकयुगे त्रेतायां यज्ञ उच्यते । वृत्तं च द्वापरे सत्यं दानमेव कलौ युगे

کِرت یُگ میں اعلیٰ ترین راستہ پرم دھیان کہا گیا ہے؛ تریتا میں یَجْن (قربانی) سکھائی جاتی ہے؛ دواپر میں سچّا آچرن نشان ہے؛ مگر کَلی یُگ میں دان ہی سب سے برتر عمل ہے۔
