Transliteration

varṣeṇa caiva devānāṃ mataḥ saptarṣivāsaraḥ | saptarṣīṇāṃ ca varṣeṇa dhrauvaśca divasaḥ smṛtaḥ

Translation

دیوتاؤں کے لیے ایک سال ہی ‘دن’ سمجھا گیا ہے، اور وہ سَپتَرشیوں (سات رشیوں) کا دن کہلاتا ہے۔ اور سَپتَرشیوں کے ایک سال کے پیمانے سے دھروُو کا دن یاد رکھا جاتا ہے۔
