आगमनकारणं सर्वं समाचक्ष्व परिस्फुटम् । ततस्तं चिंतयाविष्टो भृगुं पार्थाहमब्रुवम्

āgamanakāraṇaṃ sarvaṃ samācakṣva parisphuṭam | tatastaṃ ciṃtayāviṣṭo bhṛguṃ pārthāhamabruvam

“اپنے آنے کی پوری وجہ صاف صاف بیان کرو۔” پھر میں فکر میں ڈوبا ہوا، اے پارتھ، بھِرگو سے یوں بولا۔
