दुर्वृत्तानां स हरति वृत्तस्थानां प्रयच्छति । अनुशास्ति च भूतानि कार्येषु बलवत्तरः
durvṛttānāṃ sa harati vṛttasthānāṃ prayacchati | anuśāsti ca bhūtāni kāryeṣu balavattaraḥ
جو بدکردار ہیں اُن سے وہ قوت اور اقبال چھین لیتا ہے، اور جو نیک سیرت میں قائم ہیں اُنہیں اُن کا حق عطا کرتا ہے۔ عمل میں سب سے زیادہ قوی ہو کر وہ مخلوقات کو اُن کے فرائض میں نظم و ضبط سکھاتا ہے۔
