वापीकूपतडागानां वृक्षविद्यासुरौकसाम् । मठप्रपागृहक्षेत्रदानमुत्सर्ग इत्यसौ
vāpīkūpataḍāgānāṃ vṛkṣavidyāsuraukasām | maṭhaprapāgṛhakṣetradānamutsarga ityasau
باولیوں، کنوؤں، تالابوں، درختوں، علم کے مراکز اور دیوی دیوتاؤں کے آستانوں کا عطیہ؛ نیز مٹھ، پیاؤ، سرائے/پناہ گاہ اور زمین کا وقف—اسی کو ‘اُتسَرگ’ کہا جاتا ہے۔
