मार्कंडेयादिभिः प्राप्य कीर्त्युद्धारंच सत्तम । नायं कामयते स्वर्गं पुनःपातादिभीषणम्
mārkaṃḍeyādibhiḥ prāpya kīrtyuddhāraṃca sattama | nāyaṃ kāmayate svargaṃ punaḥpātādibhīṣaṇam
اے نیکوں میں بہترین! مارکنڈیہ وغیرہ کے پاس جا کر اپنی شہرت کی بحالی پا لینے کے بعد وہ اس جنت کا خواہاں نہیں، جو دوبارہ گرنے کے خوف سے ہولناک ہے۔
