haraṃti sarvatīrthāni prayāgasya balena hi | tāni sarvāṇi tīrthāni māghe makarage ravau

Translation

بے شک پریاگ کی قوت سے تمام تیرتھ اپنی تطہیر کی تاثیر وہیں کھینچ لاتے ہیں۔ ماہِ ماغھ میں، جب سورج مکر (جدّی) میں داخل ہوتا ہے، تو وہ سب تیرتھ گویا وہیں آ کر جمع ہو جاتے ہیں۔
