yenāvimuktamāsādya mahāliṃgāni pārvati | sakṛdabhyarcitānīha sa mukto nātra saṃśayaḥ
اے پاروتی! جو اوِمُکت پہنچ کر یہاں مہا لِنگوں کی ایک بار بھی ارچنا کرے—وہ مکتی پاتا ہے؛ اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔
Śiva (addressing Pārvatī; Kāśī liberation doctrine)
Tirtha: Avimukta (Kāśī)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Sage interlocutor (contextual)
Scene: Within Avimukta, a devotee offers water and bilva leaves to a towering mahāliṅga; a subtle vision of Śiva’s protective presence pervades; the atmosphere is solemn, liberative, and certain.
Kāśī’s grace is immediate: a single sincere act of worship at Avimukta is declared sufficient for liberation.
Avimukta (Kāśī/Vārāṇasī), highlighted as a direct mokṣa-giving sacred field.
Abhyarcana (formal worship) of the great liṅgas—explicitly stated as effective even if done once.
