بادشاہوں کے لیے، یَجْیَہ کے اعمال سے بھی بڑھ کر اور ہر سمت کے تیرتھوں کی یاترا سے بھی بڑھ کر، داناؤں نے ایک ہی اعلیٰ ترین دھرم بتایا ہے: رعایا کی نگہبانی اور پرورش۔
