श्रीदेवदेव उवाच । अयि प्रियतमे गौरि त्वद्वा गमृतसीकरैः । आप्यायितोस्मि नितरां काशीप्राप्त्यै यतेधुना

ربّ الارباب نے فرمایا: اے محبوبہ گوری! تیری گفتار کے امرت قطرات نے مجھے خوب سیراب و تازہ کر دیا؛ اس لیے اب میں کاشی کے حصول کے لیے کوشش کروں گا۔
