Transliteration

yatrānukūlyaṃ daṃpatyostrivargastatra vardhate | yaducyate purāvidbhiriti tattathyamīkṣitam

Translation

جہاں میاں بیوی میں باہمی موافقت ہو، وہاں تری ورگ—دھرم، ارتھ اور کام—پھلتا پھولتا ہے۔ قدیم داناؤں نے جو کہا ہے، وہی سچ ثابت ہوا ہے۔
