kaṃṭakāḍhyāṃ ca badarīṃ bibhratī tu mahānanā | tatrābhavanmahāyuddhaṃ tumulaṃ lomaharṣaṇam

Translation

وہ عظیم چہرے والی دیوی کانٹوں سے بھری بدری (عناب) کی شاخ لیے ہوئے تھی؛ تب وہاں ایک عظیم جنگ برپا ہوئی—ہنگامہ خیز اور رونگٹے کھڑے کر دینے والی۔
