सापि स्थित्वा बहून्मासांस्तस्य विप्रस्य मंदिरे । तस्मिन्कालवशं प्राप्ते प्रविश्याग्निं तमन्वगात्
sāpi sthitvā bahūnmāsāṃstasya viprasya maṃdire | tasminkālavaśaṃ prāpte praviśyāgniṃ tamanvagāt
وہ بھی کئی مہینے اس برہمن کے گھر میں رہی۔ جب وہ کال کے بس میں آ کر (یعنی وفات پا کر) چلا گیا تو وہ آگ میں داخل ہو کر اس کے پیچھے چلی گئی۔
