ब्रह्महत्यान्वितः कण्वो निस्तेजा व्यचरन्महीम् । व्यचरंश्चैव सम्प्राप्तो नर्मदामुरिसंगमे
brahmahatyānvitaḥ kaṇvo nistejā vyacaranmahīm | vyacaraṃścaiva samprāpto narmadāmurisaṃgame
برہمن ہتیا کے پاپ سے آلودہ کنو، بے نور ہو کر زمین پر بھٹکتا رہا۔ بھٹکتے بھٹکتے وہ اُری سنگم میں نَرمدا کے کنارے جا پہنچا۔
