सुकृतं दुष्कृतं वाऽपि तत्र तीर्थेऽक्षयं भवेत् । एष ते विधिरुद्दिष्ट उत्पत्तिश्चैव भारत
sukṛtaṃ duṣkṛtaṃ vā'pi tatra tīrthe'kṣayaṃ bhavet | eṣa te vidhiruddiṣṭa utpattiścaiva bhārata
اس تیرتھ میں کیا گیا پُنّیہ ہو یا پاپ—دونوں کا پھل ناقابلِ زوال ہو جاتا ہے۔ اے بھارت! یہ قاعدہ اور اس کی پیدائش کا بیان تمہیں سمجھا دیا گیا۔
