مارکنڈےیہ نے کہا: اے بہترین مرد! پہلے پِتامہ (برہما) اپنی ہی بیٹی کے قریب جانے کی خواہش رکھتا تھا؛ تب دیودیو، غضب میں بھر کر، اس پر لعنت یعنی شاپ صادر کر بیٹھا۔
