हेषमाणः स्वरेणासौ मैथुनायोपचक्रमे । सम्मुखी तु ततो देवी निवृत्ता लघुविक्रमा
heṣamāṇaḥ svareṇāsau maithunāyopacakrame | sammukhī tu tato devī nivṛttā laghuvikramā
وہ بلند آواز میں ہنہناتا ہوا ملاپ کے لیے آگے بڑھا؛ مگر تب دیوی نے اس کے روبرو رخ کیا اور تیز جنبش کے ساتھ پیچھے ہٹ گئی۔
