snātvātra tridaśeśānā yatphalaṃ samprapadyate | vaktuṃ na kenacidyāti tataḥ kimuttaraṃ vacaḥ
Īśvara (Śiva/Rudra)
Tirtha: Devātīrtha (contextual)
Type: ghat
Listener: Tridaśeśānāḥ (lords of the gods)
Scene: Devas stand at the water’s edge in awe; the tīrtha glows; speechlessness is conveyed through folded hands, lowered eyes, and a radiant, misty aura over the waters.
The highest tīrtha-merit is portrayed as immeasurable—spiritual benefit transcends enumeration and ordinary description.
The Revā-region tīrtha sanctified by Viṣṇu’s pādodaka, recommended for avabhṛtha-style bathing.
Snāna (bathing) at this tīrtha is praised as supremely fruitful, beyond verbal quantification.
