प्राप्य चाश्वयुजे मासि कृष्णपक्षे चतुर्दशीम् । अहोरात्रोषितो भूत्वा पूजयित्वा महेश्वरम् । महापातकयुक्तोऽपि मुच्यते नात्र संशयः
prāpya cāśvayuje māsi kṛṣṇapakṣe caturdaśīm | ahorātroṣito bhūtvā pūjayitvā maheśvaram | mahāpātakayukto'pi mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ
ماہِ آشویوج کے کرشن پکش کی چتردشی کو وہاں پہنچ کر اگر کوئی دن رات ٹھہرے اور مہیشور کی پوجا کرے تو بڑے بڑے گناہوں میں مبتلا شخص بھی نجات پا لیتا ہے—اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔
