satyalokaṃ narāḥ kecitsūryalokaṃ tathāpare | apsarogaṇasaṃvītā yāvadābhūtasamplavam
Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) narrating to the sages (contextual deduction)
Tirtha: Revā/Narmadā (contextual)
Type: river
Scene: A visionary tableau: radiant Satyaloka with sages and luminous architecture; Sūryaloka as a blazing solar orb-palace with Sūrya enthroned; apsaras attendants in graceful dance; beneath, a faint suggestion of cosmic dissolution waves marking the limit of duration.
Great merit yields exalted heavenly destinations, though such enjoyments remain time-bound within cosmic cycles.
The broader Revākhaṇḍa context links these results to merit accumulated through Narmadā-centered dharma.
No single rite is specified in this verse; it describes the resulting destinations (phala) of accumulated merit.
