Transliteration

jantucakraṃ bhagavatā pracchinnaṃ matsyarūpiṇā | pucchenaiva samābadhya bhramannekārṇave purā

Translation

قدیم زمانے میں جب صرف ایک ہی عظیم سمندر باقی تھا، تب خداوند نے مچھلی کا روپ دھار کر مخلوقات کے گھومتے چکر کو چیر دیا؛ اور اپنی ہی دُم سے اسے باندھ کر اُس ازلی سیلاب میں گردش فرماتے رہے۔
