Shakti Form: Pārvatī

The verse highlights humility (praṇāma) and inner clarity (prasanna-manas) as the proper approach to divine grace. In a Shaiva Siddhanta lens, honoring Pārvatī as Śiva’s Śakti indicates that devotion matures when one reveres both Pati (Śiva) and His inseparable power (Śakti) with a purified mind.
Though the Liṅga is not named here, the mood is foundational to Saguna worship: reverent salutation with folded hands and a calm mind. Since Pārvatī is Śiva’s beloved and the Mother of the worlds, honoring her aligns the devotee with Śiva-tattva and prepares one for Liṅga-pūjā performed with devotion and right attitude.
The implied practice is añjali-mudrā with namaskāra and cultivating prasanna-manas before prayer—beginning any Śiva-pūjā or japa (such as the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with respectful bowing and mental purification.
