Transliteration

tayoḥ kṛtavraṇau dehau śuśubhāte mahātmanoḥ |

supuṣpāv iva niṣpatrau vane śālmalikiṃśukau || 6.89.36 ||

Translation

ان دونوں مہاتما یودھاؤں کے زخم خوردہ بدن چمک اٹھے؛ جیسے جنگل میں شالمَلی اور کِمشُک کے درخت—پھولوں سے لدے ہوئے مگر پتّوں سے عاری—دمکتے ہوں۔
