कुम्भकर्णवधश्रवणेन रावणविलापः
Ravana’s Lament on Hearing of Kumbhakarna’s Slaying
यस्यतेवज्रनिष्पेषो न कुर्वाद्व्यसनंसदा ।स कथंरामबाणार्तंप्रसुप्तोऽसिमहीतले ।।।।
yasya te vajraniṣpeṣo na kuryād vyasanaṃ sadā |
sa kathaṃ rāmabāṇārtaṃ prasupto 'si mahītale ||
جس کو اندَر کے وجَر (بجلی کے کچل دینے والے وار) بھی کبھی برباد نہ کر سکے—وہی تو رام کے بانوں کی چوٹ سے دکھ میں مبتلا ہو کر، اب زمین پر سوئے ہوئے کی طرح کیسے پڑا ہے؟
"These Devatas and all sages are standing in the sky, seeing the battle and laughing aloud seeing your destruction."
