Nala the son of Vishwakarma, the foremost of the Vanaras and strong like his father built the bridge in the sea.
Dharma here is steadfast service to a righteous cause: Nala uses strength and skill not for pride, but to enable Rāma’s just mission.
After the decision to cross to Laṅkā, Nala leads the construction of the sea-bridge (setu) so the army can advance.
Competence joined with dedication—Nala’s technical mastery and reliability in executing a difficult task for the common good.
