The Intensification of the Rama–Ravana Duel
tataḥ tad astraṃ vinihatya rāghavaḥ parasahya tad rāvaṇabāhuniḥsṛtam |
mudānavito dāśarathir mahātmā vineudur uccai ramuditāḥ kapīśvarāḥ ||6.100.51||
پھر راغھو—دَشرتھ نندن، عظیم النفس—راون کے بازوؤں سے چھوٹے ہوئے تیروں کو روک کر، مسرت سے بھر گیا اور فتح مند ٹھہرا؛ اور خوش دل وانات کے سردار بلند آواز سے للکار اُٹھے۔
