म्लेच्छभाषायुताशुद्धास्तथाम्लेच्छोपजीविनः । अनुवर्तंति ये म्लेच्छान्स्त्रीधनैरुपजीवकाः

mlecchabhāṣāyutāśuddhāstathāmlecchopajīvinaḥ | anuvartaṃti ye mlecchānstrīdhanairupajīvakāḥ

جو مِلِچھوں کی بولی اختیار کرتے ہیں وہ ناپاک ہیں؛ اور اسی طرح وہ بھی جو مِلِچھوں کے سہارے روزی کماتے ہیں۔ جو مِلِچھوں کی پیروی کرتے ہیں اور عورتوں کے مال پر پلتے ہیں، وہ بھی ناپاک کہلاتے ہیں۔
