अश्वत्थो रोगनाशाय पलाशो ब्रह्मदस्तथा । प्रेतत्वं जायते पुंसो रोपयेद्यो विभीतकम्

aśvattho roganāśāya palāśo brahmadastathā | pretatvaṃ jāyate puṃso ropayedyo vibhītakam

اشوتھ (پیپل) لگانا بیماریوں کے ناس کے لیے ہے؛ اور پلاش بھی برہما کی عنایت بخشنے والا کہا گیا ہے۔ مگر جو مرد وبھیتک کا درخت لگائے، اس کے لیے پریتتوا (بھوتانہ حالت) پیدا ہوتی ہے۔
