सर्वेंद्रियाणि संयम्य आत्मज्ञानेन गोपयेत् । तस्य ध्यानप्रविष्टा सा एकभूता समाहिता

sarveṃdriyāṇi saṃyamya ātmajñānena gopayet | tasya dhyānapraviṣṭā sā ekabhūtā samāhitā

تمام حواس کو قابو میں کر کے، خود شناسی کے ذریعے ان کی نگہبانی کرے؛ تب وہ آگہی دھیان میں داخل ہو کر یکسو اور کامل طور پر مجتمع ہو جاتی ہے۔
