मोहिन्युवाच । सर्वेषु तु समुद्रेषु क्षारोऽयं सरितां पतिः । कथं जातो गुरो ब्रूहि सर्वज्ञोऽसि यतो द्विज ॥ २२ ॥

موہنی نے کہا—تمام سمندروں میں دریاؤں کا یہ سردار سمندر نمکین ہے۔ اے گرو، بتائیے یہ نمکینی کیسے پیدا ہوئی؟ کیونکہ آپ سب کچھ جاننے والے ہیں، اے دْوِج॥۲۲॥
