हृद्धरासहितं दाहरयौ चरसमन्वितौ । रसः स्थिरा ततः प्राणो रसाग्निसहितो भवेत् ॥ ६२ ॥
hṛddharāsahitaṃ dāharayau carasamanvitau | rasaḥ sthirā tataḥ prāṇo rasāgnisahito bhavet || 62 ||
جب دل اور اسے سہارا دینے والی نالیاں باہم مل جائیں، اور ہاضم آگ حرکت کے ساتھ ہو، تو بدن کا رَس (غذائی سیال) ثابت ہو جاتا ہے؛ پھر پران رَس اور اگنی دونوں سے یُکت ہو جاتا ہے۔
