The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras

आद्यं द्वितीयं करयोस्तार्तीयमुभयं न्यसेत् । मूलाधारे हृदि न्यस्य भूयो बीजत्रयं क्रमात् ॥ ४६ ॥

Transliteration

ādyaṃ dvitīyaṃ karayostārtīyamubhayaṃ nyaset | mūlādhāre hṛdi nyasya bhūyo bījatrayaṃ kramāt || 46 ||

Translation

پہلا اور دوسرا بیج دونوں ہاتھوں پر نیاس کرے، اور تیسرا بیج دونوں (ہاتھوں پر یکجا) نیاس کرے۔ پھر مولادھار اور دل میں نیاس کرکے، ترتیب سے دوبارہ بیجوں کی تثلیث کا وِن्यास کرے۔
