Sanatkumara (teaching Narada the technical procedure of mantra-nyasa)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches nyāsa—ritual placement of seed-mantras on specific body regions—so the practitioner internalizes the mantra as a living presence, aligning vital centers (heart, navel, head) for focused upāsanā.
Although technical, it supports devotional practice by prescribing a disciplined bodily and mental preparation (nyāsa) that steadies attention and makes mantra-japa and worship more concentrated and heartfelt.
Ritual-application knowledge—mantra-viniyoga and nyāsa (a technical upāsanā procedure often taught alongside śikṣā-style concerns of correct placement/recitation)—is highlighted as a step-by-step practice.
