Narada (in a technical enumeration within Book 1.3)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It lists specific mantra/śakti-names—beginning with Praṇava (Oṁ) and Śānti—showing how the text systematizes sacred sound and ritual powers as discrete, invocable forms.
While primarily technical, it supports bhakti by framing divine power as approachable through named mantra-forms; devotion is expressed as disciplined recitation and reverent ritual alignment with these śaktis.
The verse reflects a technical cataloging style used in ritual sciences—useful for mantra-prayoga and correct liturgical sequencing—closely aligned with Vedanga concerns like precise recitation and ritual procedure.
