Narada (teaching ritual procedure in a technical/vidhi context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: raudra
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It links mantra-japa with dhyāna (focused contemplation), teaching that ritual efficacy arises from disciplined repetition and inner concentration, not merely mechanical recitation.
While framed as a technical rite, it still emphasizes single-pointed absorption (dhyāna-tatparaḥ), a core bhakti discipline where the mind becomes steady through devoted remembrance and repetition.
It highlights mantra-prayoga and vidhi: the rule-based application of a mantra, including a fixed japa count (sahasra) and the necessity of meditative focus during performance.
