षड्बीजानि पदद्वंद्वं मूर्ध्नि भाले मुखे हृदि । नाभावूर्वोर्जंघयोश्च पादयोर्विन्यसेत्क्रमात् ॥ ८ ॥
ṣaḍbījāni padadvaṃdvaṃ mūrdhni bhāle mukhe hṛdi | nābhāvūrvorjaṃghayośca pādayorvinyasetkramāt || 8 ||
چھ بیج منتر جوڑوں کی صورت میں ترتیب وار سر کی چوٹی، پیشانی، چہرے اور دل میں رکھے؛ پھر ناف، رانوں، پنڈلیوں اور آخر میں قدموں میں بالترتیب نیاس کرے۔
