Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a Vedanga/technical context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that sustained, disciplined sādhana (for a month) combined with self-mastery can remove even severe limitations, culminating in vāk-siddhi—effective, empowered speech.
Though phrased as a technical practice, it underscores a bhakti-aligned principle: purity, restraint, and steady observance make one’s words truthful and spiritually potent—supporting japa, stotra, and praise of the Divine.
It reflects a pragmatic, procedure-oriented approach typical of Vedanga-style instruction: a time-bound regimen (māsamātra), eligibility via self-control (jitendriya), and a defined result (vāk-siddhi), relevant to correct recitation and effective mantra-usage.
