Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It assigns specific Vishnu-forms to directions, guiding dhyāna and temple/altar orientation so that worship aligns with cosmic order (dik) and the deity’s prescribed attributes.
Bhakti here is practiced through disciplined visualization—remembering Vishnu as Trivikrama and Mādhava with their weapons and radiance—so the mind becomes steady, reverent, and focused in worship.
A technical, applied use of directional science (dik-vicāra) relevant to ritual layout and sacred visualization, often paired with jyotiṣa/vāstu-style orientation in worship practice.
