Narada (teaching within a technical/ritual instruction context, traditionally in dialogue line with Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It teaches mantra-based protection through nyāsa: sacred sound is consciously placed on key bodily centers to guard the practitioner and stabilize the rite.
Though technical, it supports devotion by safeguarding worship: the devotee uses mantra-protection so the mind and senses remain steady for focused remembrance and worship.
Ritual procedure (prayoga) and mantra-application (nyāsa/anga-nyāsa) are highlighted—how to utter bija-like exclamations such as “hum” and place protection on specific body points.
