Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

ऊरूजंघांयुग्मेषु मंत्रवर्णान्क्रमान्न्यतसेत् । ततः पुरुषसूक्तोक्तमंत्रैर्न्यासं समाचरेत् ॥ १०० ॥

ūrūjaṃghāṃyugmeṣu maṃtravarṇānkramānnyataset | tataḥ puruṣasūktoktamaṃtrairnyāsaṃ samācaret || 100 ||

رانوں اور پنڈلیوں کے جوڑوں پر منتر کے حروف کو ترتیب سے نِیاس کرے۔ اس کے بعد پُرُش سوکت میں مذکور منتروں کے ذریعے باقاعدہ نِیاس ادا کرے۔
